At Saint Elder, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unopened and unused
• In the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Because our products are food items, opened products cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your item. Returns sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your order is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at saintelderberry@gmail.com. We'll evaluate the issue and, if appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened food products
• Perishable goods
• Custom or personalized products
• If you're unsure whether your purchase qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your eligible product for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
